Mr.President Obama, be so kind to reconsider my application for a Nonimmigrant visa under the Cuban Medical Personnel Parole Programme.I was denied Parole on March 28,2013.Alien Number: A205-715-797. I was also rejected When I requested Political Asylum and/or a Refugee status at the Embassy of the United Kingdom.and so It was at the UNHCR Representative in Venezuela.I do not find any other way to acquired a legal Immigration status
so I can freely accomplish my Goals.I humbly ask you to,please, HELP ME.
