A civil war raging in Mexico that is spilling across our southern border and is a direct threat to American citizens. This petition is to direct Congress to send our military into Mexico to assist the Mexican Military and Civilian Law Enforcement in suppressing the drug cartels and stop the Human Rights Violations that are occurring in Mexico and in our border states.
