assist more with combating racial disparity of its federal employees. The discrimination has increased, exponentially.

The Federal judges, the Federal courts, the EEOC and all other administrative organizations established to eradicate racism and discrimination within the Federal Employment system are ALL CORRUPT !!!!. Minority and women Federal employees are continuously subjected to disparate treatment. With today's economic hardships, the disparate treatment is increasing, exponentially. The suicide rate is on the rise and people of color are being terminated at very high rates, due to no fault of their own. Post traumatic stress syndrome and other severe psychological disorders have been linked to the hostile work environment that the people of color face on a daily basis.There is no help or hope that the disparate treatment will end. The Federal Government MUST put an end to this treatment.Please help
