B.I.A reform, tribal governments to be free to lead their people without outside hindrances.Mount Rushmore should have plaques made declaring it to be a memorial to native people, The U.S government should publicly apologize for the genocide of Native peoples to the world.If you do not have tribal papers it should be made illegal to practice or conduct Native spirituality based classes,seminars,healing ways especially for monetary gain.
