assist people that have had their identity stolen by felons and tell the FBI to look at these matters as serious crimes

I Want "Identity theft" to be considered a "felony" requiring extensive jailtime (my life has been destroyed for 19 years) So perhaps her "time" should be as long as the prison ive been in .My ID thief stold my "college degrees" by sending me a letter saying i flunked and could never return back to school. She also ran up debt in my name kept me from being employed and has cashed millions of dollars worth of checks and had several aliases got arrested in several states and kept me from being employed.I have gone hungry because this women has police affiliates that seem to help her out of crimes...The whole "who you know"needs to disappear. This is why alot of crimes dont get reported because if you know they have friends on the force you are afraid to make a police report.
