Since the Sandy Hook Shooting, it has opened my eye's that guns aren't the issue; people with mental illnesses are. Being a victim to Bipolar II Psychotic Features, I speak as an advocate for all the people with the illness. I think that the government should treat the people with a mental illness by giving them free medical insurance. Take away Welfare, because all the money is being wasted, and could be used to treat the Americans with a illness such as mine. Fortunately, I have my parents to support me, but their income is just enough to support me. Please sign this petition if you agree with this.
