To assist persons who are vulnerable, aged, disabled and/or veterans who have been violated by persons of law enforcement with excessive force - both near fatal or fatal - who (including their family members) are not able to navigate the numerous levels of the numerous processes that are required in order to hold those persons of law enforcement. Those persons of law enforcement who cause additional damage and/or death to the vulnerable, aged, disabled and/or veteran that the taxpayer is paying the wages of the persons of law enforcement, as well as the medical bills created by persons of law enforcement to the vulnerable, aged, disabled, and/or veteran. This includes the impact and damage to the family members of the vulnerable, aged, disabled and/or veterans.
