assist schools in setting up and training a rapid response team who have a legally obtained conceal and carry permit.

This petition is for allowing/assisting our nations school system in establishing a rapid response team at each school. The ideal team would involve faculty, staff, and or volunteers who have a legally obtained conceal carry permit and who have completed a background screening. This team of voluntary members would be tasked with training to respond to violence or the threat of violence in our schools. They would own, train with and be permitted to carry a concealed weapon (gun, tazer, pepper spray, etc). They would work with members of local law enforcement and local school officials to constantly improve their processes and training.
