this petition is to help small business owners to create jobs and stimulate economic growth in rural areas that lack sufficient employment opportunities for the American citizens thereof. the federal government has been talking and talking about economic growth and creating jobs. small business owners are often overlooked as sufficient job creators but this petition is intended to bring "the little people" into the focus of the white house. so much is offered to help the businessmen that already are striving, yet nothing is readily available to assist those businessmen who have people around them that can and want to work but don't have the capital readily available to create jobs for smaller communities. i wholeheartedly request President Obama to please read and consider this request.
