This petition is to request that the White House, in conjunction with the international community, establish clear guidelines for the ownership of space debris from manmade vehicles and look into the possibility of salvage operations designed to recover and recycle aforementioned debris in an efficient manner. This is intended to decrease the dangers posed by such debris and provide a boost to the aerospace industry.
