Assume all medical/health-care costs billed to victims of any declared terrorist attack that happens on US soil.

The current health care system in the United States, the ACA not-withstanding, will unfairly punish victims of terrorist attacks.

Consider this: The surviving terrorist from the Boston Marathon bombing, will receive free health care. The victims of those bombs will not.

The undersigned would ask that the Administration assume responsibility for all associated medical costs, for any terrorist attack perpetrated on US soil.

Being the victim of a terrorist attack, should not require one to also be the victim of the health care "system".
