This is a petition on behalf of the Lao Ban Advocates and of the Lao people affected. There were many bombs and explosives dropped over Lao by the United States of America during the Vietnam War era. Over Fifty years later, many people every day still lose their limbs and lives due to the same unexploded ordinance. The United States must assume responsibility and apologize for these crimes and damages against the Lao people. Also, the United States must clean up all remaining Ordinance in the Lao People's Democratic Republic and pay for all those affected.
