We want to know what is being done to identify, prevent, and prosecute electoral fraud in the upcoming election. Fraud including increasing vote shares for a candidate and/or depressing the vote share of a candidates. This includes, but is not limited to (in accordance with the individual state laws): non-U.S. citizen voters who are ineligible to vote, felons, those who are registered to vote but are no longer alive, those who fail to show proper identification (when required).
We also want precautions made so that any individual(s) caught defrauding the election are properly informed beforehand and well documented as to be able to establish "they acted with the necessary malicious criminal intent" in order to prosecute, so they're unable to claim otherwise.
