The Bill of Rights guarantees the basic rights to every citizen and legal residents of the US. The latter have been recently denied these rights by the former (see petition to have Piers Morgan expelled from the US)
Therefore we the People demand that the denial of these rights in public, court or anywhere else to any legal residents of the US should be considered a violation of their constitutional rights and should be punishable.
