Ask the president to appoint the next U.S. Supreme Court justice, someone with no religious or political affiliation, someone that will not be affected in his/her jurisprudential thinking and be able to do the job with perfect neutrality.
Justice can not be done when religious Beliefs Influence Their Decisions, let's not forget that lady justice is blind.
If religious beliefs restrain someone to do his job, he should not be working on the Judicial branch of the government.
