When we go to war soldiers on the battlefield are targets even if they haven't fired a shot. They are fair game because they are members of the military at war. Why aren't gang members on our streets and in our neighborhoods treated the same way? If a gang member commits a crime as a gang member why can't the entire gang be charged. We have a war on drugs. Let's have a war and put an end to gangs and gang crime.
