Attend Benjamin Netanyahu's speech In Congress, and, during his stay, organize a bi-partisan State Dinner in his honor

President Obama must welcome the Prime Minister of Israel at Andrews AFB when he arrives, offering him lodgings in the Lincoln Bedroom during his stay. In a joint session of Congress, prior to the Prime Minister's speach, Obama must speak recognizing our staunchest ally, Israel, while welcoming Mr Netanyahu to the United States. Then, Mr Obama must introduce/welcome Mr Netanyahu to the Congress on behalf of the American Citizenry. During Mr Netanyahu's stay Mr Obama must host a White House State Dinner in Mr Netanyahu's honor with all of the appropriate state protocol and respect.
