On June 6, 2014, Garland's 83rd Birthday we met with White House Officials as the President remembered and honored Normandy.
Earlier this year 55 members of Congress sent a letter to the Postmaster General asking her to move forward on Garlands project to help Veterans Stamp Out PTSD.
