A plebiscite will have place in Puerto Rico in 2012 and we want our voice to be heard and our wish to be granted. We have been under subordination without represantion for the las 113 years we are americans, we are US citizens and we want the congress and the president to act in favor of a democratic majority decides (50+1). If we decide statehood, independence or free association then we want the congress to act in favor of such decision.
