To the Obama Administration We the people ask as ADHD suffers that the government please take action that would first improve patient care by removing the stigma attached to this disorder.By creating a law that classifies ADHD as only a Nervous System Disorder by the US healthcare system formally placing it in categories like Epilepsy and Parkinson's disease. This would help dramatically to ease discriminatory behaviors by doctors, pharmacists and the general public. Also It would help patients get the care they need by taking the label of Mental illness and behavioral disorder away Insurances would be more likely to cover drugs for this disorder.Finally this act should also reduce restrictions on drugs for people with prove of lifelong disability due to ADHD.
