Dear White House,
President Obama's Treasury Department announced Monday that it will be requiring companies to attest that they have not fired or laid off employees just so the company stays within the exemption thresholds of the ACA. Lying in this attestation could result in perjury charges against the company's leaders
In exchange for this attestation, the American People would like President Obama to attest, under oath, that:
1. The IRS didn't and does not target Conservative groups
2. Benghazi wasn't covered up
3. Eric Holder was not behind Fast and Furious
4. The Free Syrian Army that President Obama supports is not an Al Qaeda front group
5. President Obama isn't hiding his past
Lying to the American People in these attestations will be met with perjury charges.
