The Attorney General has the authority to appoint a Special Prosecutor to investigate the Russian interference in our democratic elections. This Special Prosecutor should not only convene a Grand Jury to get the facts from our intelligence agencies about what happened, but also investigate the possible collusion by any American citizens. If criminal prosecutions are necessary, then they should proceed. At the conclusion of the investigation, the Special Prosecutor should give a report to the House Judiciary Committee with any further recommendations. This person should be someone of high regard by all parties and be known to be completely fair. The American people deserve justice and this is the only way.
