To the Attorney General of the US to conduct a thorough investigation of payments made by Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who was convicted of fraud and is currently a suspect in the murder case of the mayor of Nefteyugansk in Russia, in exchange for the passing of S.Res.322. (http://scitechnation.com/obama-was-sponsored-by-russian-opposition/). Senators Barack Obama (U.S. President), John McCain and Joseph Biden were co-sponsors of S.Res.322, which had been approved in the Senate in December, 2005. This resolution caused irreparable damage to U.S.-Russian relations. We consider payments made in exchange for passing the resolution to be a form of political corruption that has to be investigated.
