The State Department receives many gifts of value from many different parties. This gifts are available for purchase by their recipients at fair market value.If they are not purchased they are sent off to be stored and preserved with the most excellent pieces going on display. However the things left over just sit there.We feel these remaining items should be auctioned off with the proceeds going to charity.
