Audit the 2012 presidential election

This is a petition to have a fair audit done by third party affiliates to audit the 2012 presidential election.
With voter turn out above 100% in almost all voting districts in the 50 states, DC, Porto Rico, and other voting territories something must be amiss and the problem must be addressed.
There have also been record voter fraud numbers in all the swing states, and in the non swing states as well.
This is not how voting should be done, or carried out.
