Election analysis reveals that in Wisconsin, Hillary Clinton received 7% fewer votes in counties that relied on electronic-voting machines compared with counties that used optical scanners and paper ballots. Based on this statistical analysis, Clinton may have been denied as many as 30,000 votes; she lost Wisconsin by 27,000.
The results of a diligent audit of the other two swing states of Michigan and Pennsylvania, upon closer inspection may reveal enough votes to call the election for Ms. Clinton in the electoral college, as well as the already-known majority vote of the people of the United States.
