We, the people, want a full report on trillions of taxpayer money unaccounted for by Federal Reserve, DOD, Forest Service, FAA, and IRS. Americans want redress. We want these departments audited. We want these departments brought to a governable level. The Federal government has grown to a point that it is uncontrollable by you, the President (self-admitted).
Article 1, Section 9 of the United States Constitution reads:
“No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.” - The Constitution
