Time Warner Cable billing practices have included automatic phone calls with threats of discontinuing service prior to receipt of bill to discuss in detail of charges. Calls are made during holidays and weekends when typically few employess are available to review the bill. Attempting to contact them by phone requires extended period of time as they don't have enough employess to discuss billing issues nor are they properly trained to review bill and practices. Consumers need protection against calls of automative threats of disconnection of service without due process.
