Too many children die at the hands of their parents or foster parents. Child Protective Services in all 50 states are failing our children despite billions of dollars given to them. We need to audit state agencies that oversee the welfare of children and set national guidelines for reporting, responding and housing abused children. Not one more child should die at the hand of a biological or foster parent due to lack of adequate response to known abuse.
