audit the congressional pay budgets and to only allow the people to vote for congressional raises based on performance.

This petition is to show Congress that the People are the still true leaders of the Government. Congress should be paid what the People believe they are deserved to be paid.

Congress was created to serve the People and when Congress votes to pay themselves more, it shows that they are only serving themselves. State legislators in all but 4 states are part-timeand on a limited budget. Why should the Federal Government hold more power in terms of their own budget compared to the states?
