audit CPS and change the policies to start relying on facts that can be proven and not a gut feeling of a case worker

Created by N.M. on February 13, 2014

I propose that CPS and all child protection related agencies be audited by the state legislator to expose corruption and law breaking by their case worker and/or affiliates. This includes jumping to conclusions to fast and breaking families apart where no crime or abuse have been committed, and also throwing cases out where there is clear evidence of abuse or neglect due to either person feelings and/or standings. I also propose that some policies are changed to allow case workers to actually act on such cases with proof.
