Petition is to have outside accounting agency audit federal funding allocations of government agencies, both DHS and not for profit, matched against actual allocations to the client files in which the funds were meant for to be sure that ALL funds are going to the people in which it was meant to go to. Also audition the client list off of the database against the client files in the file cabinets to be sure that monies are not being redirected into other accounts.
