Audit the Federal Reserve and all major Banks, Insurance company's and Wall Street

This petition is to insure the honesty and legality of finance laws and to help people who might invest in company's. It would help establish the true ownership of the Federal Reserve, to improve our knowledge of how our tax dollars are spent. It would also require Federal oversight on all company's and banks listed on the exchange with published and documented findings. This would be ongoing oversight with queries and findings published monthly. Forthcoming honesty is mandated to insure public safety and confidence. This would also include all government agency's and departments.
