Due to the lack of fiscal responsibility with tax money, as well as the lack of accurate representation of the voting public, the government should be given the opportunity to audit policy and spending. The idea of an unbiased congress is no longer realized. Two representatives from each state, through a write in election, will be sent to act as a voice to the congress from the people. These officials will hold positions for two years. After which, they will return to their state. These civilian auditors will have the opportunity to present information to the population on tax dollar spending, and have say in policy making decisions.
