We the People are demanding for an independent EXTERNAL AUDIT & REVIEW of the IRS and Federal Reserve! Starting after the year of 2015 an audit will be conducted on the IRS and Federal Reserve every 5 years by an external independent service! We the People have the right to know information regarding our financial information that the Government claims still belong to We the People. America has the right to know what The United States is conducting even in the financial aspect. If refusal shall happen, it will clearly state that the United States is NONCOMPLIANCE to America & US Government shall not hold American's responsible to comply with regulations to fill independent "agencies" pockets such as the IRS and Federal Reserve as they are not owned by We the People or the US Government.
