Audit or relieve the Federal Reserve of its duties

I see no point in having the Federal Reserve. I believe these men have to much power and as history shows Power = corruption. So please audit and pay close attention to these men in this power and honestly there is no reason to have them around anyways. Since 1913 the dollars value has decreased tremendously and the Federal Reserve has been around since when? 1913. They are the ones we owe the money to and the are not even a government but a business. Please help me in dismantling the Federal Reserve and creating a dept free america.
