Audit the Section of the ACA Concerning Mental Health and Psychiatry

The MAIN REASON for the MASS SHOOTINGS in this country is a BROKEN MENTAL HEALTH system. Three main things make it broken; Drug Abuse, Mentally ill People Misperceived as "drug addicts" by doctors, and Psychiatrist not being paid enough by Health insurances (Hence the reason many psychiatrist ONLY ACCEPT CASH). Also, it is hard for the mentally ill to get preventive help they NEED as there is a lack of "on call" Psychiatrist, which leaves someone with a mental health condition more likely to "Go over the edge" and do something crazy like a MASS SHOOTING! Too, psychiatric drugs like prozac (antipsychotics) are under regulated while benzos (Ex:Alprazolam) are over regulated. Yes, perhaps psychiatric drugs overall have addictive properties, but some people NEED them! Act or let society fall!
