Audit the ss and determine the amount of money that has deen taken out for other reasons and not been paid back.

Over the years the government has taken money out of social secuity for other uses and has not paid this money back. Social secuity is a seperate fund and money in and out should not be mixed with other taxes, expenses or budget cuts.
