Authorization for the use of ground troops to combat ISIL

It is incumbent upon our great nation to once again come to the aid of those who have suffered the atrocities of war crimes in Syria and Iraq. Further, we must honor those Americans who have paid the ultimate price by completing our moral duty to eradicate this cancer we refer to as ISIL. There is no place in this World for such evil and only America can lead the way to freedom.
