Authorize all retired U.S. military veterans the right to carry concealed weapons and posses magazines above 10 rounds.

Created by C.S. on January 25, 2013

Authorize all retired U.S. military veterans the right to carry concealed weapons and exempt them from weapon limiting and magazine capacity limiting laws. This will provide a highly trained and competent coalition that is loyal to the Constitution of the United States that will maintain a vigilant presence in the civilian community. They will be able to assist the existing police forces and extend their capacity to control violence within their communities. These veterans would become a force multiplier to the civil police effort. To be considered eligible veterans must have no felony record and successfully pass the VA mental health standard evaluation. This authorization would extend 18 USC § 926C - Carrying of concealed firearms by qualified retired law enforcement officers.
