Created by M.H. on December 21, 2012

Authorize Americans to have a second chance at carrying a good to excellent credit score. After the age 30 or half the retirement age all Americans will receive non-judgment credit pass when applying for a loan, job and etc... so long as the individual have the basic resources/ means to repay the loan at a reasonable rate. Many Americans are judged by their credit score which is tied to a social security number. Most Americans have been targeted at an early age (many while still a senior in high school) by credit card loan companies; tempting individuals at an immature time of their lives placing them in debt beyond recovery. By authorizing this change after American have reached a mature age in life; many American can begin to enjoy life above the poverty level due to open opportunities
