authorize drilling of ALL U. S. oil and natural gas assets to provide needed jobs and energy to reduce foreign needs.

The need to reduce or eliminate the need for foreign energy is well documented. This need goes to not only economics but to the very security of our nation. To allow resources residing in this country to be dormant while our economy languishes, our unemployment rate continues to be the primary concern of all citizens is ludicrous. The use of American resources to provide Americans jobs and almost of itself solve our econimic and energy woes is so obvious that immediate action should be taken.
