authorize an emergency election to replace all current members of the House of Representatives and Senate

The members of Congress earn their salaries from the tax dollars of the American people. Because of this they should be held accountable to us when we feel their responsibilities have not been fulfilled.
Since 2008 our elected officials have proven themselves grossly negligent to the desires of the American people. They have shown they are more concerned with classifying which food group pizza belongs to and voting themselves pay increases over passing a budget or reforming current legislation that has become outdated. Furthermore they continue to make themselves immune to the few things they have passed such as the new health care law.
The inaction and infighting of Congress is deteriorating the health of our Union and needs to be addressed starting with their removal and replacement.
