Refael Elisha Cohen is a 6 year old boy living in Houston, Texas. He has a rare form of brain cancer which is extremely aggressive. There is nothing doctors can do for him. Please authorize the FDA to grant a compassionate exemption to Refael Elisha Cohen for antineoplaston therapy to save his life.
