Authorize the federal government to legalize and control marijuana through its production, distribution and retail.

Created by M.G. on December 22, 2011

By legalizing marijuana, the government can control ever aspect from the process of production to retail. This will be more beneficial than taxation. A Federal agency that will overlook each process will create tens of thousands of jobs in the industries of farming, distribution centers, and retail; all which are to be regulated by the government. Having total control, the government will see more profits than by legalizing marijuana and taxing it. After all expenses paid, through salaries or workers and payments to facilities, the government then would have in the range of $70billion dollars for the federal budget while creating thousands of jobs for unemployed Americans. Petitions outcomes; legalizing marijuana, creation of jobs, increase fed. budget, lower taxes, stimulate the economy.
