Authorize the flyover of Superbowl 51 (2017) in Houston, TX by a TR3-B or equal black project U.S. government aircraft

As 'We the People' we deserve to know the full extent of what our U.S. government capabilities are in the air and in space. I would like the government to acknowledge such black project aircraft such at the TR3-B and any others. To do this we should start with a flyover of Super Bowl 51 (2017) in Houston, TX by a TR3-B or equal black project U.S. government aircraft. How exciting it will be!
