We should Honor those Brave Men and Women who fought Valorously in Proxy Wars to defend the United States of America with Honor, Bravery and Distinction during the Cold-War with a Service Medal Award, when the following Meritorious Conditions are met:
* Posthumously, after death, to US Veterans who died in the line of duty Or
* US Veterans who served or were injured while engaged or deployed in Direct Armed Conflicts Or
* US Veterans who served and or were injured while engaged or deployed under Conditions Simulating War (War Games) Or
* US Veterans who served or were injured while engaged or deployed performing Hazardous Duty Or
* US Veterans who served or where injured while using an Instrumentality of War
