AUTHORIZE THE PEACEFUL WITHDRAWAL OF CALIFORNIA, OREGON AND WASHINGTON FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

It is with a heavy heart that we, the people of California, Oregon and Washington, hereby respectfully petition to be allowed to peacefully withdraw from the United States of America and establish itself as a fully independent nation. It is not so much that we wish to leave. Rather the United States has left us. One need only look at the current electoral map to see that is the case. Moreover, California by itself is the 6th largest economy in the world. The combined economic engine that is California, Oregon and Washington makes us more than capable of sustaining ourselves and providing for our own defense. It is within your power to grant this in your remaining days as President. Let us be the beacon of hope to the world that the U.S. has now chosen not to be.
