To Authorize the president, in addition to the veto, the ability to withhold all pay and benefits for an active congress

America's "birth as a nation" started as a response to a two cent tax on tea. Historically, we may call the founding fathers visionaries and true revolutionists, but the reality is that every founding father was a British citizen, before they declared independence from the Britsh crown. However, these founding fathers crafted an ambiguous and often misquoted document with ideals that have brought down entire nations, solidified America, and brought immense hope to millions of the world's "wretched refuse". Our president was never intended to be just a figurehead in our democracy, but the galvanizing heart of the people. I started this petition not believing that the subject matter would ever be signed into law, but for once, lets give our leader our voice as a nation.
