The debate has started over the issue of the drugs used in lethal injections not being effective, being too cruel, and in recent cases not being in stock. Why not use something that law enforcement confiscates tons of annually, Heroin. Its in supply, it will give feelings of euphoria before the victims death, and it would truly give a resounding point to America's youth and all those either addicted or thinking about trying the deadly drug: Heroin Kills!
